• Before starting the painting process, we inspect the used wheels for bends and damages.
• The wheel is then placed in the sandblasting machine to remove old paints.
• We cover imperfections after appropriate treatment.
• Next, metal activation is performed to accept the durable paints.
• It then enters the electrostatic painting tunnel for wheel coloring.
• Finally, the wheel goes into the polymerization oven and is baked at the appropriate temperature.
